Principal Responsibilities

The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative functions of the office, ensuring efficient operations and a productive work environment. This position requires a highly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

OBJECTIVES

Operational Efficiency: Streamline office operations and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.

Cost Management: Manage office expenses effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to the budget.

Employee Satisfaction: Create and maintain a pleasant work environment that boosts employee morale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures. Responsible maintaining office equipment and general supplies for the team.
  • Facility Management: Ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and safe.
  • HR Support: Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
  • Event Coordination: Organize meetings, conferences, and other events. Ensure all aspects are managed from logistics to equipment and catering.

Key Requirements

  • US citizenship
  • Excellent ability to recognize potential areas that need improvement and taking action
  • Self-starter in creating and maintaining organization processes.
  • Experience working with teams and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, business administration, a related field, or an equivalent amount of professional experience managing the business operations of a company
  • Interest in growing this position into a full time role as the company evolves

BENEFITS

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Salary: $55,000/yr – $65,000/yr
